(WATERLOO, Ont): Algoma faced a tough weekend against the Wilfred Laurier Golden Hawks. After a tough second half of their first game, the women lost to Laurier 66-37. Top scorer of the game was

The men played a great first quarter, leaving us at the edge of our seats as the teams battled for the top spot. Unfortunately, Laurier managed to really pick things up in the second half, leaving us with a score of 91-60 for the Golden Hawks. Top scorer of the game was
Patrick-Oliver Mpoyi with 18 points.
Devin Miron had 13 rebounds.
In their second game, the women were able to keep things fairly even in the second quarter. With Laurier playing strong in the first and third, the Thunderbirds were left with a loss with a score of 74-49. Top scorer of the game was
