Algoma Thunderbirds Varsity Athletic Therapy Services are overseen by
Courtney Tomkins, Certified Athletic Therapist (C.A.T.), who is entering her 13th season working at Algoma University. Courtney and her team provide clinical treatments for a variety of musculoskeletal injuries using exercise prescription, therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, as well taping. You will find her on the sidelines at most games and practices, providing emergency medical coverage for all of our varsity teams.
Working alongside Courtney for the 2026-27 season will be: Emma Lawson (R.Kin.), Jarryd Ling (R.Kin.), Gavyn McCabe (D.C.), Kellen Paat (D.C.), Anthony Iacoe (PT), Hanna Jodoin (PT), Julia Pulente (PT) and Sharon White (PT).
