In their final away games of the season, the soccer teams traveled to Hamilton to face the McMaster Marauders.

Women's Game 1 Recap:
We saw some improvements this weekend from the women's team. Despite a win from McMaster, the team worked hard and communicated on the field. Victoria Fernandes made 13 saves during the game

Men's Game 1 Recap:
A tough game for the men's team, ending in a score that wasn't anticipated this season. With most goals scored by McMaster in the first half of the game, Luke Harrop answered the call in the 68th minute. Joshua Bondoc made 10 saves throughout the game.

Women's Game 2 Recap:
An even better game for the women on day two in Hamilton! With a goal scored by Yvonne Barnes in the 41st minute (assisted by Alexa Naslovar), the team certainly had something to celebrate. Fernandes made 7 saves, ending the game with a score that was comparable to some of the teams' earlier results in the season.

A much stronger game for the men on day two as well! Samuel Babalola scored in the 16th minute (assisted by Luc MacDonald). Bondoc had four saves.

Join us for our last home games of the season against Waterloo! Come to the games wearing your Sault Youth Soccer jersey to get in for free. Games will be at 1pm and 3:15pm on both days at Superior Heights (750 North Street).
