Head Coach of Algoma Thunderbird Wrestling Team Trevor Manchester said: "We had fantastic results from this year's OUA Championship. This may be the best results we've ever had at the OUA's. The team placed 5th overall, had 4 medalists and 10 wrestlers have qualified for the U Sports Wrestling Championships with a possible 11th wrestler qualifying."
